Help! How do I place an Order?

How Long Does the Hair Last?

This depends on the grade of hair you buy from us. Currently we supply 6A & 8A hair. The 6A Hair will last you around 6 months + and the 8A Hair will last you around 9 months + (minimum estimates). This all depends on how well you look after the hair and follow our guide lines on aftercare and products we recommend you purchase to prolong the life of the hair. The hair we supply will not lose its quality unless it isnt used for a while, say a few months. Also, If you were to dye or do something to the hair in a drastic way this could greatly decrease the length of time it will maintain its origianl quality that doesnt mean to say it still wont look good and can be cared for to restore some of that original style. check our blog for guides and info on maintaining your hair.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will inform you when we dispatch your item(s) and issue a tracking number via e-mail so you can check the progress of your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you want to change or cancel your order you can call or email us and we will amend it for you if the item hasn’t been dispatched. If the product you have ordered has been dispatched we will not change or cancel the order untill the goods are received back to us. (see returns and exchanges)

How Can I Return a Product?

See the returns & exchange policy  and assess yourself wether a return is a viable option for your particular case. When you have assertained wether that is suitable, email us using the email form provided on the contact us page with details of you query and if we are agreed that a return is in order then you’ll need to send us your product via post to the address we will provide you with on the returns form.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Next day delivery for selected colours and products of which you will be informed on purchase via email. 3-5 days standard delivery if next day isnt available. see Delivery Information for a more detailed look at our shipping times.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately not at the moment but in the future we may do so check for updates or get an account and we will inform you. This may differ for wholesale depending on which country you are in so please don’t hesitate to contact us with your information and we will let you know if we can accomodate your order.
